There’s something special about seniors who balance determination with kindness, and Madi does exactly that. A Linn-Mar Class of 2026 senior, Madi is hardworking, caring, and someone who quietly brings a calm confidence to every session. From the very beginning, she knew she wanted a senior photo experience that felt natural, fun, and a little adventurous—and that’s exactly what we created together.
A Senior Year Worth Celebrating
Madi says her favorite part of senior year so far has been senior homecoming, a moment that perfectly captures what this season is all about—celebrating friendships, milestones, and everything that led her here. When she’s not making memories with friends, Madi stays busy playing basketball, a sport that reflects her dedication and strong work ethic both on and off the court.
Choosing Meaningful Senior Photo Locations
One of Madi’s favorite parts of her senior session was getting to visit multiple locations, each bringing a different feel to her gallery. We photographed her senior photos in Downtown Cedar Rapids, at Palisades-Kepler State Park, and Wanatee Park. Madi loved how each spot offered beautiful light and unique backdrops, giving her a mix of city and country vibes while still keeping everything simple and true to her style.
Her session style could be summed up in three words: city, country, simple—a combination that allowed her personality to shine without feeling overdone.
Life After Graduation
After high school, Madi plans to attend University of Iowa, where she’ll pursue radiation sciences. It’s a goal that reflects her hardworking nature and her desire to help and care for others—something that clearly shows in every part of who she is.
Why Madi Joined the NSP Senior Rep Team
Madi applied to the Nichole Sieck Photography Senior Rep Team for the chance to be involved in creative photo shoots with other seniors, and she quickly found more than just great photos. One of her biggest surprises was how much she had in common with the other reps, especially during group shoots like the Palisades session, which ended up being her favorite rep moment so far.
When asked how she’d describe her experience, Madi said it was “very easy and stress free,” which is always my goal for every senior who steps in front of my camera.
Advice for Future Seniors
Madi’s advice for future seniors planning their outfits? Keep it simple and don’t overthink it.
